How It Works

Step 1

Click on the buy now option for your chosen test. All tests are listed on the right hand side. There are four main test options. For patients with symptoms such as discharge, urinary pain or irritation it is particularly important to consider our full sexual health screen.

Step 2

If you are new to the service you will be then be prompted to complete a registration process. This is important, so we can provide you with a secure password for accesssing your STD results. Please note that all information you give for the registration form is confidential and secure.

Step 3

You will be sent out the std test express postal kit. If we receive your request before 4.30 pm Mon-Frid, it will be sent out by next day delivery. Follow the simple instructions provided with the sample. Send the urine sample and lab request form directly to our accredited Harley Street laboratory using the pre-paid envelope provided.

Step 4

Chlamydia, gonorrhoea, or combined chlamydia/gonorrhoea results can be processed within 24 hours of their receipt by our laboratory. You can request to receive these results by text message and you will also be able to access the results by loging into the results section of our site and entering your unique password.

The Full sexual health screen will take 4 working days and results are viewed on the results section of our website. There is no text message service for this screeen.
